TAJ MAHAL:
A HIDDEN TUNNEL LEADING TO UNEXPLORED HISTORY!
An Eye opening discovery made while Excavating the grounds of Taj Mahal- Wonder of World, caried out by a well versed team of AGA KHAN TRUST FOR CULTURE that included prominent Historian, Conservationists, Architects and Archeologists for documentation purposes.
Taj Mahal
Being an Architectural marvel in the Indian History of Invasion, Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built this in the 17th century as a mausoleum for his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. However, the discovery of the secret chamber has cast doubt on this widely accepted narrative.

Team found out a Tunnel that connects to a network of many other tunnels that they believe are connect to various cities of present India and other neighboring countries. They also added that these tunnels were called as "Surang" which were only used by Emperors and his intimate people to secretly move from one city to other during wars and as shortcut routes for travel.
The entrance of the tunnel is right beneath the Entrance to the mausoleum, carefully
camouflaged with the elevation of the structure and blending in with the geometry, color and texture.
It is also said that the Inscriptions found on the wall of the tunnel are dated older than the existence of the structure, which clearly states that the tunnels are not integrated part of the huge Wonder of the World.
The entrance is followed by a grand staircase then goes 9M Underground and uses technique of reflection of mirrors for lighting.
Team is yet to Analyze and make a report on the above discovery.
#staytuned.
